Saturday, December 6th - our longest night yet. Will's numbers began fluctuating widely. He would often "desat" and "brady" meaning that either (a) his blood/oxygen saturation levels were low or (b) his heart rate would drop below 80, often accompanied by low saturation levels. We stayed at the hospital until about 2am. Thank goodness for Andrea, Will's nurse that night. The nurses are a tremendous asset to not only the babies, but to their families.
